Laura Sherlock and Claire Tennant run the Family Law Team with Emin Read.  

Claire and Laura joined Emin Read in 2018 to jointly head up the Family Law department. Since then, the team has grown and expanded with a lovely team of family focused practitioners. We can provide support with legal advice and mediation services in a very wide range of family matters, from proceedings involving concerns about the welfare of children and arrangements following separation, to nuptial and cohabitation agreements, to breakdown of relationships, divorce, and the various ways in which clients can choose to deal with their financial interests.
