We discussed whether adding themes to meetings could enhance conversations. Some love the free flow, others suggested themed sessions now and then—great feedback all around!

💡 Kirsty suggested pairing up attendees for 5-minute speed chats to explore how we can support one another—a fab idea to encourage collaboration!

🗣️ We also explored the art of asking for reviews. Viktoria raised the question: “How do you ask for feedback without feeling awkward?” Liz shared that she includes a review link in her email signature. Shakira, now running her own business after years in a corporate role, said reviews are vital—and she takes pride in going above and beyond for her clients.
